Fort Williams Park Cliff Trail – Restoring the Ecology of a Park

Join James McCain for a walk to view the progress made to remove invasive species and restore native plant communities to this popular trail along the cliffs at Fort Williams Park. James is the former Executive Director and Ecology Project Manager of Friends of Fort Williams Park and wrote about this restoration project in this years volume of Wild Seed. Andrea Southworth, the new project manager will be joining the walk for a beautiful and interactive look at the amazing transformation of a landscape overrun with invasive species and now returning native.

Meet in front of the interpretive panel near the north end of the Cliff Walk.
