Native Plant Sale

June 1 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Come purchase native plants to attract pollinators to your garden! Held rain or shine, Wells Reserve will be offering young plants grown from ethically collected wild plant seed sourced from Wild Seed Project or from native species grown in home gardens. At a time when development has fragmented habitats and interrupted migration corridors for the native plants and animals that co-evolved over millennia, we can all help restore healthier ecosystems through planting native species that will then attract native insects and provide food for our native birds. Purchased plants will include an information sheet with details on growing conditions, wildlife benefits, and plants that will complement each other in your garden. At least nine species of easy-to-grow plants will be offered and come with a guarantee of interesting insect visitors. The birds, bees, butterflies, moths and fans of delightfully diverse and rich ecosystems will thank you!

Details: Click here.

Free and open to the public.
