In Person: Native Hedges & Hedgerows

  • Bagaduce Music Performance Hall 49 South Street Blue Hill, ME, 04614 United States (map)

Join Wild Seed Project founder Heather McCargo to learn about native hedges. Planting a corridor of natives shrubs and groundcovers is a beautiful and low maintenance way to bring biodiversity to your landscape. The layers of woody vegetation bring three-dimensional habitat, providing year round support for fauna such as birds, insects, amphibians and small mammals. Come learn how you can do this in your yard or community, and watch your landscape come alive.

This event is free and open to the public.
