Fall Planting Workshop - SOLD OUT

Want to learn how to plant a native garden from scratch and get your hands dirty while you're at it? Wild Seed Project and Wolfe's Neck are teaming up to offer a hands-on fall planting workshop. You'll learn how to prepare a space using the tried-and-true sheet mulching method and practice planting a variety of native perennials from pots and divisions. In the process, you'll help create a pollinator-friendly garden at Wolfe's Neck and leave with the confidence and tools to embark on your own native planting.

To come prepared, dress in layers, wear sun protection and bring water. We’ll have shovels and gardening gloves, but if you have some, you’re welcome to bring those, too.

Registration for this event is full. Email us at caitlin@wildseedproject.net to be added to the waitlist. Thank you!

Can’t make it to the event? Consider signing up as a volunteer! Volunteers at the Native Seed Center help with planting and other plant care tasks throughout the growing cycle. Thank you volunteers!
